What we collect
This site has no accounts, no forms, and no newsletter. If you consent, we collect aggregated usage statistics: pages viewed, approximate country, device type, and referring site. If you write to us by email, we process the contents of that email so we can reply.
Legal basis
Analytics runs only on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and you can withdraw it at any time below. Email correspondence is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and storage
We store one item in your browser's local storage to remember your privacy choice. That is essential and is not used for tracking. Analytics may set its own identifiers only after you accept.
Third parties
The site is hosted and served by our hosting provider, which processes technical server logs. Fonts are self-hosted, so no data is sent to Google. Our email is handled by an email forwarding provider and Google Workspace/Gmail. We do not sell data and we run no advertising or social trackers.
Retention
Aggregated analytics are kept for up to 14 months. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to hello@potca.digital. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
